What is a PumpPocket?
A patented pocket specifically designed to carry and protect a medical device or other electronic. Our PumpPocket has convenient flap closure that creates a pocket within a pocket and keeps your insulin pump secure and also conveniently placed. It also includes a tubing outlet in the back of the pocket to allow tubing access to the site and yet still be contained under the clothing and inside the pocket.
How did you get started?
We started working on a phone pocket. When we saw an insulin pump on national TV, we realized we could do more and serve a higher purpose by providing a easy and effective way to manage a medical device. Ever since, our main priority has been making life with diabetes easier. Diabetes is not in our biological families, but we are so happy to be serving yours.
What is your refund/Exchange Policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and issue the refund simultaneously if approved. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, upon
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 4918 Vintage Lane, Idaho Falls, ID 83406.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is your shipping policy?
We will ship your in-stock order within 2 business days. The status of pre orders will be communicated via email.
*For International orders please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Please make an educated decision regarding your shipment. You are free to choose the least expensive option of shipment through the United States Post Office, however, they are the least reliable option in international shipping and we will not offer refunds for undelivered packages. Choosing UPS or FedEx is much more reliable and we will make sure you either receive your package or receive a refund if the package is lost in transit. The most cost efficient way to ship your package is an envelope. We will put as many pieces as possible in an envelope (about 4 adult pieces and up to 6 children’s pieces). We will contact you via email if your order does not fit in an envelope.
