Managing your pump and checking your blood sugar is tough enough, but there are so many other things to worry about too!Our insulin pump underwear makes everything easier by holding up to 2 pumps in place all day long under any outfit-- even tight-fitting clothing like leggings. Our product solves all these problems by keeping your infusion site hidden under our fashionable underwear while still allowing access when needed. We've designed our products so they fit easily into any outfit and allow women with type 1 diabetes (and their partners) peace of mind knowing they don't need to worry about their pump anymore! Each pair of undies has 2 pockets and comes wit peace of mind.
Sizing
The lux bamboo fabric has a looser fit than athletic blends (which have more spandex). Measure first and plan on a comfort fit with room to breathe.
Charla is wearing a size M. Her hip measurement is 30". She wears a size 4 in pants.
McCall is wearing a size XL. Her hip measurement is 47". She wears a size 14/16 in pants.

Pocket Function

Fabric was soft, but I would get a size bigger than you actually need. Once I put my pump in the pocket, it just pulled the shorts down and I had to keep adjusting all day.

I was hoping to they were a little tighter - more like bike shorts. Lobe the secret slit for tubing. I’ve bought more dresses in the last two weeks than in the last 2 years because of these. If you want a bit snugger fit I’d say order a size down.

Boyshort is one of the first items I purchased from Revel. Have to say very comfortable, pocket could be a little deeper, when I sit down sometimes the pump will slide out. But all in all very comfy, holds pump 90% of the time, and allows for a good sleep holding pump in place.

I've been wanting something like this since the day I got my insulin pump and started clipping it to my waistband, sliding it into Spanx, and looking for dresses and skirts with pockets. The boy shorts are awesome: super soft and my pump didn't move at all while I was running. The only downside is the sizing; I'm a 12 so ordered the large and the waistband is way too big. Thankfully my pump stays in place, but there's excess fabric that bunches when I tie my shorts. I hoped drying them in the dryer would shrink them a bit but that didn't happen. Overall, though, they are a much-needed option for pump wearers and I'm really happy with the quality and feel!
